Each of Pixar’s 24 feature films taps into themes of love and loss in different ways, making ranking them no easy task. It is inevitable that this list will ruffle some feathers, which is a testament to how much these movies mean to the audience. But in determining the rankings, I examined five key characteristics of each film: 1) plot line, 2) characters, 3) depth, 4) cultural influence and 5) repeatability. This helped with the incredibly difficult task of figuring out which flicks should top the list.
