Travis Touchdown is an otaku through and through. From his anime posters and use of the word “moe” to his love of sushi, No More Heroes 3 Makes no effort to hide the fact that Japanese culture is at the heart of the experience. Also, logic is not something that the series essentially sticks to very strictly. Even the game’s basic premise goes beyond the realms of possibility, but the side quests also ride the line of realism in service of making the game a fun game. For example, Travis doesn’t need a deep motivating factor, justifying the reason for collecting live scorpions.
Ramen’s owner Buggirou stands in Santa Destroy No More Heroes 3Makes Travis’s favorite ramen. However, he can make what he describes as the ultimate bowl of ramen with a few special ingredients. If Travis can track down all 20 Scorpions, he can use them to create Scorpion Death Ramen. There’s no way Travis can resist such an offer, so we’ve scoured Santa Destroy and beyond to find all 20 hidden scorpions. No More Hero 3.

Our six scorpions roam your starting center at Santa Destroy.
The first scorpion on our list is just north of the Garbage Eliminator side mission on the map. Go upstairs and into a small courtyard next to the building at the edge of the field where it patrols the crater.
The next scorpion is where you’d probably expect to find one in real life: the beach. Walk about halfway down the shore to peer along, and keep your eyes and ears peeled for this scorpion roaming the sand.
This third scorpion is at the southeast end of the map, right near the toilet mini-game and south of the defense mission in a nearby park area. It will be in a clearing with a globe statue surrounded by rows of hedges.
Number four is to the north, right behind the highest defense mission icon on your map. Dive to the point where the road turns and turn at the very northwest point. On the corner next to some vacant lot is a brick building that this man claimed to be his home.
The fifth scorpion is not far south of the last scorpion. Head to the stadium, and circle under the parking lot on the south side. Enter the middle of the cone next to the blue storage container to hold this fella.
The final stop in the Santa Destroy area is at the bottom of the two beige lots on the map, to the very extreme south of the map. Look near the north corner of this large, empty lot for scorpions hanging around tall grass.
The next six scorpions have taken up residence in the Perfect World part of the map.
You’ll encounter it for the first time right in the middle of a long stretch of road along the southern coast. Look for the bricked gate on the east side of the street where this little guy is working as a guard.
Number two on the list is at the far southwest tip of Perfect World. Just drive until the road ends in a cul-de-sac, and you’ll see him slithering around in the middle of the circle.
This next location is near the Donmai Sushi Shop near the middle of the map. It has a fountain to the south from the save point and to the west of the sushi stand, near the benches.
From the last scorpion, go straight to the north-west point of the map, as far as the map meets the sea. It is circling near the empty scaffolding and junk lying on the ground.
Looking at the defense mission icon which is further north east, go to the parking lot with the mission indicator as the trigger and go in the opposite direction. Scorpions are hanging in the empty places.
Now at the southwest point of the map, where the map meets the sea, there is a dock full of storage containers. Go through the crate to the spot where you can see the water, and pick up this little guy while you’re at it.
Only four scorpions have made it to the Thunderdome, so let’s catch them.
Starting from the north and working down, the first dome is up on the street in the area itself. As you approach the main door, right near the toilet save point, this scorpion is on the right side of the road, near obstructions that are preventing you from going further east.
On the sandy stretch of land before the Thunderdome, to the northwest, there is a short path leading to the beach. Just before this, to the north-west of the Defense mission and to the east of the Coast Guard mission, is the scorpion’s roost.
Going almost straight east from the defense mission this time, the next crater is scattered about in the sand a little bit to the northeast of the Donmai Sushi Stand.
The last one is on the way south, where you first get to the Thunderdome. Heading east, take an immediate right, and look just below the pickaxe symbol for the WESN Mining Volunteer Mission. It is hanging in this empty part of the ground.
The last four scorpions await in Call of Battle.
Our first scorpion awaits on the far east side of the map. Go all the way down to the alien T-shirt icon on the map, and look slightly east of it, but not so far away as to be a save point. It is blending into the rocks along the coast.
From there, follow the north wall east until you’re lined up south of the Garbage Eliminator mission icon, but still on the top edge of the beach. This scorpion lies on a slightly raised ground, on which there is light grass.
Now on the road. Follow the road that turns to the farthest south, bending slightly to the east at the end facing the ocean. Finally, jump off your bike, and stop this scorpion from chirping on the sidewalk.
Last but not least, walk away from the road where you found the last scorpion and to the beach. Head straight south to the coast, and then a little bit west. You can see it to the west from the designated battle point on the beach.
Each of the 20 Scorpions you collect will reward you with some Uc, WESN, and some sort of rare material. Here’s what you get for each scorpion based on their color:
