Updates coming September 20th
Apple says it is releasing iOS 15 and iPadOS 15 20 September. The company announced the new free operating system update at WWDC 2021 earlier in June, and offered a public beta over the summer.
Both the newer versions of iOS and iPadOS offer a bag of features. Headliners include changes to notifications like adding notification summary, focus mode to create different lists of apps and notifications to reach users at different times of the day, improvements to FaceTime that invite Android and Windows users to call includes the ability to For the first time ever, and a new look for Safari.
