Apple improved its Find My technology in April to allow its Find My app to locate lost items made by third-party companies. Next month, the tech giant released airtag — Tracking tiles that you can clip to one of the smaller devices using keys, a bag or a separate keychain. The tag can also be used without a keychain and slips into a wallet or bag.

Since the new MagSafe wallet essentially has a airtag Embedded, this could mean that Apple is open to experimenting with more products that embed the technology – either creating products or approving designs from partners. Nerdshala has contacted Apple, and we’ll update when we hear back.
