Ubisoft plans to release Discovery Tour: Viking Age on 19 October. If you don’t already have Valhalla, you’ll be able to take the latest Discovery Tour as a standalone $20 purchase on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Google Stadia, and more. Amazon Luna.

Like the Discovery Tour mods for Origins and Odyssey, Discovery Tour: Creates the World of the Viking Age Assassin’s Creed Valhalla With mentorship and exhibits from real-world museums to create a nonviolent, immersive learning experience. Some of the new in-game exhibits from Viking Age pulled from these partnerships include the Winchester Reliquary, the Bayeu Tapestry, and the Yarme Helmet, which showcase our modern, real-world connections to this virtual recreation of ninth-century Norway and England.

Ubisoft says its third take on the Discovery Tour format will let players live the “big and small stories” of both Viking and Anglo-Saxon characters, meet new characters and take in more details.

Even if you’re not a history buff, this seems like a great reason to see the world of Valhalla in a new light. Now if only Ubisoft starts making Discovery Tours for older games, we’ll have another excuse for Ezio to go to Florence.
