The Google Pixel 6 and 6 Pro have recently been added to the line-up of the search engine, launching in late October 2021. This now leaves them both in limbo – are these devices too new for the Black Friday discount?
We’re now starting to see many retailers launch their early Black Friday sales, and with the big savings program slated for the end of the month, there really isn’t that much time between the Google Pixel 6 deals and the launch of Black. On Friday only.
And yet, we have already seen some impressive discounts on these newly released devices. This gives us hope that this year could include some very strong offers on both the Pixel 6 and Pro.
However, considering the fact that Google has had a surprisingly successful launch, as well as stock problems in the smartphone world, both the Google Pixel 6 and 6 Pro may struggle to see a dramatic cut in price.
Below you can see the best Black Friday Google Pixel 6 deals ever, as well as what to expect, optional devices, and everything in between.
US Google Pixel 6 Deals:
Google Pixel 6: Save up to $700 with a trade-in, plus up to $1,000 with a Switch at Verizon
Verizon’s initial offerings for Google Pixel 6 deals include a ‘buy-one get-one’ promotion and a huge trade-in discount. Of the two, we think the trade-in is the top option right now — especially when you hand over an eligible device and get the Pixel 6 on a new unlimited data plan, so you can effectively get the device at no cost. can do. Note that new customers will also receive a prepaid MasterCard with up to $1,000 in credit as a welcome gift if they switch from another carrier.
Google Pixel 6: $15/month AT&T . but with a new unlimited plan
No business needed: AT&T’s early Google Pixel 6 deals take a different route this week, offering a nice price cut on your monthly device payment with zero trade-in required. However, to be eligible you’ll need to sign up for the 36-month plan here – so keep that in mind. Still, that savings equates to a total discount of $200, so it’s a great option if you don’t want to trade in that old phone.
Google Pixel 6: Save up to $700 with eligible trade-ins and plan at Best Buy
As with the carriers themselves, you’ll also find excellent options for trade-ins at Best Buy. This retailer was originally offering a free pair of Google Pixel Buds with pre-orders for the unlocked device, though that unfortunately has now expired. Note, if you have low carrier availability, this can be a good alternative for you to secure expedited delivery.

Will there be a Google Pixel 6 deal this Black Friday?
Like we said above, it’s hard to predict whether we’ll see Google Pixel 6 or 6 Pro deals this year. In both the US and UK, the pre-order deals were really strong leaving a lot of stock out.
Moreover, it is rarely seen that handsets get such huge discounts near the launch. However, this is by no means a guarantee of the appearance of these handsets.
Google could easily have decided to capitalize on the recent popularity of this new handset, which is big on discounts. This will match how we’ve seen Google perform over the years with big discounts on its flagship devices.
The biggest question on the Google Pixel 6 as of Black Friday is around stock. Right now some colors will take longer to arrive and this could mean that some storage sizes and colors will be discounted while others will be left behind.
Top tips for finding the Google Pixel 6 this Black Friday
Buying a new smartphone during Black Friday can be a great way to get a big savings, but it can also be a lot more stressful. That’s why we are here to help you out with some important tips!
1. Know What You Want: Pre-planning before Black Friday and Cyber Monday can really help you. If you know which of the two Pixel 6 devices you want, which carrier or network, and what kind of plan you’re following, it can help you narrow down your focus and the huge amount of offers. Can’t get confused.
2. Consider Investing Early: It can be tempting to put off a purchase, thinking that something better will come later, but, if you see a price you really like, we’d recommend going for it, especially with stock issues. With what we’re seeing this year.
Of course, don’t buy something just because you think you have to, just don’t fall into the ‘something better’ trap – it’s already caught us!
3. Keep an eye on all the options: Different networks and carriers can use a variety of plans and promotions to save you money, consider them all.
In the US, trade-in and switching promotions are often the best way to get savings and carriers like Verizon are really committing to them at the moment. In the UK, you’ll see cashback, gift cards, SIM-free savings and other promotions you may not have considered.
Will your Google Pixel 6 be delivered on time?
This year’s Black Friday deals with an issue we haven’t seen before — massive stock shortages. In a lot of large tech products, we are now seeing delayed delivery times or products just running out of stock.
This is due to a global shortage of key parts that has affected everything from iPhones to PS5s and gaming computers. Despite being a brand new smartphone, the Google Pixel 6 has already joined the list of stock problem devices.
This could mean that if you shop during the Black Friday period, you will see a long delay from the date of your order to delivery. However, certain colors and storage sizes will likely have shorter delivery times as well as larger retailers like Verizon, Best Buy, or Curry.
Google Pixel 6 or 6 Pro: Which is more likely to feature this Black Friday?
Google launched not just one but two devices in the 6 series – Google Pixel 6 and 6 Pro. While both offer excellent packages, it’s hard to know which one will feature more than Black Friday.
Generally, it is the cheaper device that gets the big discount during these sale periods. Samsung, Apple, OnePlus, Google and all the big names focus their attention on their mid-range and budget devices.
This would mean that during Black Friday, Google will turn its attention to the regular Google Pixel 6. That doesn’t mean the Pixel 6 Pro will be a no-show.
With so many retailers in both the UK and the US, there will be deals on both devices, we wouldn’t expect too much of a big price reduction on the Google Pixel 6 Pro.
Alternative tools to watch this Black Friday:
Apple’s most recent launch is likely to be one of the biggest opportunities at Black Friday sales this year. The four iPhone 13 devices are not only the best alternatives to Apple, they are also some of the best devices on the entire market.
Due to their popularity, we expect the iPhone 13 series to be featured in deals from most major retailers. Although it differs greatly in style, design and features from the Google Pixel 6, it is a great…
