Religious or not, we can all agree with Pope about TODAY: Undertale’s musical slapstick.
In a really real video shared on Twitter (big thanks, Kotaku), you can see His Holiness sitting in the center of a majestic hall watching him perform a circus dance with a live performance of Undertale’s track ‘Megalovania’ and perform moves nearby. do not believe? For some context – not that it adds a whole lot of clarity to the matter – Pope Francis recently joining the general audience In the Hall of the Vatican, after about an hour of people reading large books and letters, a group of circus performers led by an enthusiastic announcer start juggling, swinging blazing sticks, and playing music. One of the songs performed is the aforementioned Undertale song, and of course this is when the party really kicks off.
Let’s just take a minute to appreciate this scene. He’s there; Pope, Supreme Pontiff, Bishop of Rome; Fully absorbed by the sound of an indie game developed and composed by one person. Someone is balancing soccer balls on their backs to their feet, someone else is doing double hula-hooping, and for a moment it seems that the whole world is at peace, completely resting on the spectacle before us. . Frankly, this is a mood we look forward to carrying through 2022.
