All you have to do is launch the Zoom app on your PC and hit the “New Meeting” button. This will start a new meeting, and you will be the only one attending it, giving you plenty of peace and quiet to play with the facilities available and change your background. Here are the main ones you should know and try:
Turn your mic and camera on/off: The mic and camera controls are located in the lower-left corner. Simply click on the microphone or camera icon to toggle either one of them on or off. If you are not the host of a meeting, you will only have the “Leave Meeting” option available which will log you out when clicked. If the host ends the meeting for all participants, you won’t need to click Options, in which case you’ll be logged out automatically.
