Electric vehicle charging has come a long way in recent years.
Until recently, traveling by road required careful planning. Charging rates were slow, requiring stops that easily stretched over 30 minutes. Sessions were blocked by broken or damaged equipment, or inattentive owners of fossil fuel vehicles blocking charging points.
Thankfully, those days are largely gone. Today, charging networks are larger and more reliable, and many new electric vehicles can add range in as little as 20 to 30 minutes. But that doesn’t mean the market isn’t ripe for disruption.
