It really made me laugh every time Kurt said, as Rocket sadly touched his face after wondering, is it really the shape of a triangle. As I’m creating the storyboards for Volume 3 at the moment, a difficult task, it’s nice to be reminded of these happy moments. https://t.co/OrhEWVSJtQ

in an interview with digital spy, Dave Bautista said Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 “Maybe it’s going to be the end of Drax.” “I don’t think they’re very interested, or it doesn’t fit with the way they’ve mapped things out,” he said. “But other than that, no. I mean, as far as my obligations go, I’ve got parent 3, and that’s probably going to be the end of Drax.”
Later on, Bautista certainly doubled down saying that Volume. 3 It would be his last time portraying Drax.
Drax isn’t going anywhere. He won’t be played by this dude! ️ I’ll be 54 for the gods by the time G3 arrives! I’m expecting everything to start loosening up any moment now. 😂 https://t.co/eRJR6ZPtE2

Lucky to hear that, Gunn considered assimilating fans of similar concerns on Twitter about four months ago. As with many doubts created in Hollywood by the coronavirus pandemic, Gunn’s assurances may not count for much, but at least the delay is far from guaranteed.
Right now the volume 3 plans are the same as they were before the coronavirus. https://t.co/cVHe31gtPQ

The Guardians franchise is known for its great soundtracks. Peter Quill’s connection to his birth planet, Earth, is established almost entirely through music, through a mixtape his mother, Meredith Quill, composed for him. Meredith Quill, it turns out, has great taste in music. James Gunn compiled a master list of the songs considered for the song Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 1 and 2 And released a part of that list on Twitter. Note that some of these songs have yet to appear in the franchise, and Gunn does not rule out using them in the future.
Part of the master list of Meredith Quill’s favorite songs that I considered for the soundtrack to Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. I’m not promising I won’t be using these in future movies, but we could all use some joy during our time together. ️ https://t.co/ofiKPXqGN4

First, it was Groot, then Yondu. soon, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 There could be another heartbreaking farewell in the works for the audience.
Answering a fan’s question on Instagram about rumors that a popular character would die Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, Gunn replied, “I can’t remember a comic book movie where no one is dead!”
While her response to that October 2019 conversation does not give a clue as to who will end her in the film, it supports previous reports about the ending of the story for some characters.
before the events of Avengers: Infinity War and avengers: endgame, Gunn indicated that the third installment Guardians of the Galaxy Ragtag could end some key elements of the franchise, starting a new chapter for the team.
“Everything that has happened in the MCU for the last 10 or so years is largely leading to Avengers Infinity War,” Gunn wrote. “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will happen after that. This will conclude the story of this iteration of Guardians of the Galaxy, and help capture Marvel characters old and new for the next 10 years and beyond. “
Gunn’s secret hint of what the future holds for Guardians of the Galaxy could have a wide range of interpretations, but one thing seems certain: whatever version of the team continues Volume. 3 The team introduced in the 2014 film will be very different.
Speaking during a quarantine watch party, James Gunn told fans that the origins of Rocket Raccoon would play “a big part of what’s happening” Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.
I’ll just say that Rocket is a big part of what’s going to happen in the future – and a lot of it (like the scar we’re about to see on his back) sets off what I plan for Rocket as a whole. . #QuarantineWatchParty #gotzy https://t.co/WLqoiG7Wzg

Part of the cybernetics was apparently filled with pain in his body. One of my favorite moments in the film. Rocket’s loneliness and unhappiness are at the heart of the franchise for me. #QuarantineWatchParty #gotzy https://t.co/F2tGn8XggD

This combined with the previous teases may have resulted in the death of a major character. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 And the team shakeup, could the Rocket be the ultimate victim? Can he emerge as the leader of the Guardians?
When will she come? We had high hopes that Volume 3 would arrive in 2019, but a director dispute raised the kibosh to our expectations. At Comic-Con International 2019 in July, Marvel Studios finally revealed details on what’s coming in its highly-anticipated fourth phase of films, 10 projects for 2020 and 2021, and some very interesting hints about the future. However, there was little mention of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.
Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige confirms black panther 2, Captain Marvel 2, and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 are on the way, although they did not offer a release date. This makes us suspect that 2020 is a no-go, and that 2021 is unlikely either. 2022 looks like a possible bet at this point.
long delay of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 The hit also stemmed from the direction of theater director James Gunn. suicide squad Reboot (above), from Marvel competitor DC, a project he signed on hiatus from the Guardians franchise.
Eight months after Disney fired James Gunn over a series of old (and tasteless) social media posts, the company had a change of heart.

Gun initially made his comeback Volume. 3 In April 2017 post the official official Facebook. Posted before the start of the press tour for the long post Volume. 2, and Gunn indicated that he wanted to be the first to let fans of the franchise know, rather than just announcing the news during a press junket interview.
“Yeah, I’m returning to writing and directing Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3,” wrote Gunn. “Finally, my love for Rocket, Groot, Gamora, Star-Lord, Yondu, Mantis, Drax and Nebula – and some of the other upcoming heroes – goes much deeper than you guys can imagine, And I think they have more adventures to pursue and things to learn about themselves and the wonderful and sometimes terrifying universe we all live in. and, as in both Volume. 1 and Volume. 2We will work on creating a story that is beyond your expectation.”
If you were wondering if this meant Gun was permanently attached to the franchise, however, you might be disappointed. in April 2020 Instagram Q&A, Gunn stated that he has no plans to direct a fourth film: “I absolutely never said I wouldn’t do a volume. 2, as I had planned to do a trilogy from the start if the first one worked out. tha. i don’t have any plans [fourth]”
After directing the first two…
