What to look forward to: Arguably the greatest arcade racing game of all time and one of the best reasons to subscribe to PC Game Pass, Forza Horizon 5 has been out since last November, but we still haven’t seen the first expansion. However, thanks to a leak on the net, we now know what it will be (probably): another Hot Wheels collaboration.

The extension appeared briefly on the Forza Horizon 5 Steam page, as noted by ResetEru as well as Reddit users. The Premium Add-On Pack “includes Expansion 1” and the listing shows a Hot Wheels car moving around a loop. Valve quickly deleted the entry, but you can still see the archive here.

The Forza franchise is familiar with Hot Wheels crossovers. You may remember the superb Hot Wheels add-on filled with stunt tracks that came out for Forza Horizon 3 about five years ago. A collection of classic Hot Wheels vehicles for Forza Horizon 4 was also released.

There is no word on when the Hot Wheels expansion will be released, but it would be surprising if there were no mentions of DLC during Xbox & Bethesda Games. Showcase 2022starting this Sunday, June 12 at 10:00 AM PT / 1:00 PM ET.

A deleted Steam entry mentions that the Hot Wheels Bundle is one of two planned expansions included in the Premium Add-Ons Bundle. Like previous games in the series, Forza Horizon 5 keeps players on their toes with a seemingly never-ending supply of new content.
