Raven Challenge Guide

destroy sideways rocks

Sideways in Fortnite.

Remember, sideways areas appear as purple circles on your map, so keep an eye on them from time to time as you play, as they appear consistently in any given match. Once inside, you’ll see a handful of monsters and rocks. Break two rocks in any way to earn credits.

Sideways launch from a corruption vent

There are corruption holes within the sideways, which are essentially ground-mounted geysers. When you walk on top of them, you will be lowered into the air. Do this once to complete the challenge.

Eliminate Cube Monsters in The Sideways 15 Seconds After Gliding

Sideways in Fortnite.

Arguably the toughest challenge you’ll have to take out cube monsters within 15 seconds of landing after gliding. Remember those corruptions from before? Use them to glide through the air and, upon landing, fire the monsters immediately. It helps if you do little damage to them before they bounce off the vent so you don’t have to spend much time shooting them. Keep in mind, you don’t need to constantly take out all three enemies.

get headshots from above

One player shooting in Fortnite.

This challenge is more circumstantial than the first, so be on the lookout for enemies and make sure you take the higher ground before joining. The easiest way to do this is to play a team mode such as Duos, Trios or Quads, and take down an enemy player. Once they’re down, build a ramp to go over them and then use headshots to take them out. Repeat this one more time to check the search from your list.

Destroy Chests with Harvesting Tool

Chest in Fortnite.

The final challenge is one of the easiest in the bunch. Instead of opening the chest normally, attack it with your harvesting tool. It will take a few good strokes to open it, but it’s easy to do. Destroy two chests to complete this challenge.
