Electronics maker Foxconn may be best known for Apple Iphone supplier, but the company is getting into the car business — and it’s starting with plans for several electric cars (and a bus). On Monday, the company shared a teaser video for its October 18 Honor High Tech Day 2021, where it plans to reveal a “slate of electric vehicles” that includes E- and C-segment vehicles. And that’s it.

The video shows an SUV and sedan with an electric bus, and the design isn’t too shabby! is a mixture of pole Star, possibly some Byton The vibes are ongoing, but we’ll have to take a full look at the cars before we make a final decision. To the bus: Well, it looks like a bus.

These cars will not wear the Foxconn name but a new badge: Foxtron. That’s a fitting futuristic title for what’s likely a tech-filled vehicle lineup. The company had earlier announced its intention to enter the auto sector last year when it unveiled a new EV architecture. However, it looked like Foxconn wanted to supply bones for other companies, and not start its own brand. If only.
