Game Studio HiDef, announced today he is teaming up with camera company Snap Inc. to develop a cross-platform dance and music social game based on Bitmoji. The game will use Snap technology. augmented reality technology as well as Bitmoji, creator of personalized cartoon avatars. Bitmoji joins the Snap family over five years agoand to date, over a billion avatars have been created.
The Bitmoji-based express dance game will be a standalone game and is expected to launch in 2023. Snap will also support HiDef’s upcoming flagship dance party game, which aims to bring a dance party experience to billions of people around the world.
Pani Haritatos, head of Snap Games: said in a statement, “We are working with HiDef as an important partner because of their leadership in gaming and entertainment, as well as our shared goal of engaging audiences through creative expression. The games have already captivated 320 million Snapchat users, and we’re excited to team up with HiDef in this exciting new music and dance game.”

HiDef was founded in 2019 by Jace Hall, Anthony Castoro and Rick Fox and Chief Impact Specialist David Washington to create new gaming experiences with a proprietary technology platform.
