Ahead of its launch on October 19th, it seems that retailers and Google are playing a game of chicken as to who can leak the most information about its two upcoming flagship phones; Google Pixel 6 and Google Pixel 6 Pro. Google’s Pixel line of smartphones has traditionally been a staple of the Android armada for those of us who like our Android operating system without being as cluttered as possible. After the somewhat underwhelming Pixel 5, which meant the company had several mid-range phones and no real flagships to speak of, Google seems to have learned its lesson. With a non-Apple-y approach to leaking your own equipment A few weeks ahead of the launch, all eyes are on the upcoming pair of phones.

As the launch date is approaching, the pace of information reaching the people has not slowed down at all. Over the weekend, UK phone stores carphone warehouse Published their sales pages for two phones. Of course, the retailer shook the pages as soon as possible, but not earlier. An eagle-eyed leak-hunter snapped some screen shots. In addition, Google has begun advertising yet-to-be-send Pocket Computers in various media, possibly in the hopes that some skeptics will wait long before they hit Apple’s recently launched Buy Now button. Will hesitate iPhone 13 series. In advertising and marketing activities, which began all the way back in August, Google is highlighted some of its advantages over its Cupertino-pregnant cousin, and rounds out the competitive landscape.

As you might expect, given that this is where a lot of the smartphone war has shifted its aggressive behavior, the leaked pages seem to focus heavily on the quality of the cameras. The Google Pixel 6 continues Android’s trend of adding computer vision and AI smarts to the photo-taking process, but also introduced some top-shelf hardware into the mix. The Pixel 6 reportedly gets a 50mpx wide-angle camera and a 12mpx ultra-wide camera. The Pixel 6 Pro gets a trio of cameras – two with the same spec as its smaller brother, and an additional 48mpx telephoto lens.

The marketing pages also shed extra light on the claims Google is making about its battery technology. Enterprises with a power socket. The company also highlights high-speed wireless charging for when you’re hanging on without a thread.

Along with sharing a great deal of security with its main competitors, Google has also joined that battlefield, claiming “more layers of hardware security than any other phone”, reminding users that They’re introducing the Titan M2 security chip and a “five-year update” that will ensure it “gets more secure over time.” It’s not immediately clear whether this refers to a firmware update or an update to the OS, but it’s encouraging to see Android stand behind its phones, even if they are in oblivion.

As the launch date approaches, we expect to know more about the phone. We expect the pre-orders to start next week from October 19.
