M. Night Shyamalan’s next film has a title and a new release date.
The film will be called Knock in the Cabin, and will be released by Universal Pictures on February 3, 2023 (h/t). time limitThe film was earlier scheduled to release on February 17, 2023.
Shyamalan posted a short video on Twitter with the release date as well as the sound of Dastak – which Universal retweeted along with the title announcement. Check it out below.

The director has previously teased the film on Twitter, posting a picture of a folder with the caption “Next one. On 3rd draft. Super tight. Under 100 pages.”

To Hollywood ReporterThe film will be a thriller, but nothing is known about the plot as of now. Shyamalan is famous for his twists, however, with whatever’s coming in Knock in the Cabin, it’s safe to say we should expect the unexpected.
Old, Shyamalan’s most recent release, has crossed $90 million at the worldwide box office. The film sees a group of vacationers taking a trip to the beach, which mysteriously begins to age them at a rapid rate. Previously, the director released Glass, the follow-up to Split and Unbreakable, which starred Samuel L. Jackson, Bruce Willis and James McAvoy.
Shyamalan also produces the Apple TV Plus drama Servant, for which he directed four episodes. The series sees a couple dealing with a horrific tragedy, while a stranger enters their home and brings about strange events.
