It looks like there’s a new Serious Sam game coming out this month and the first teaser is just as awesome. Freezing, even.

Publisher Devolver Digital put out a teaser trailer for the new Serious Sam game on its Twitter account, asking innocently “what if” it revealed the game next week and put it out sometime in January. The trailer shows series protagonist Sam “Serious” Stone arriving on an icy shoreline in a small boat, complaining about the weather—but also noting that nothing like kicking ass can make him feel comfortable. We can’t learn much from the teaser, aside from the fact that Sam has somewhere cold and plans to kick him when he gets there, and the latter point should be given by now. Serious Sam 3: BFE was a prequel to the original game, and a prequel to Serious Sam 4.
