In recent years, Samsung has introduced several new Galaxy A-series models, where they have built a strong budget and midrange lineup. In fact, many of those models have been reviewed favorably by Nerdshala. Now, renders have leaked a new upcoming model, the Samsung Galaxy A33 5G.
onleaksA trusted and well-known phone tipster, has revealed several details of the specifications of the phone. The phone is expected to come with a 6.4-inch screen with Full HD + Super AMOLED display. While the camera sensor details are yet to be revealed, the smartphone should feature a quad-camera setup with a hole-punch or notch to accommodate the selfie camera. The phone should come in four colors: white, black, orange and light blue.

For context, last year’s Samsung Galaxy A32 5G featured a 6.5-inch LCD HD+ display, paired with a 5,000mAh battery and a MediaTek Dimensity 720 processor. We’re expecting to see improvements to all of these specifications, but we don’t have specific details yet.
We know that the phone will support USB-C, but A-series fans will be disappointed to know that the phone doesn’t have a 3.5mm headphone jack. It’s a feature that Samsung has dropped in the past for some of its flagship models, but it’s the first time we’re starting to see it absent on midrange and budget phones. It is also worth noting that this will be a 5G only phone, which means there will be no 4G model for other markets like India which do not have 5G network yet.
In line with the release of Samsung Galaxy A32 5G and 4G models in January and February 2021, the A33 should be launched in January 2022, probably alongside the heavily leaked S21 FE.
