With DC Fandome 2021 fast approaching, WB Interactive is ramping up promotion of the games it plans to show. Together Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, Rocksteady and WB Interactive have taken an old-school approach to promos: a phone number.

Interested fans can call or text (310) 564-7047 which will put them in touch with the leader of ARGUS, Amanda Waller, she answers, believing the caller is Harley Quinn pranking and wasting time. To harass the fans and focus on the mission “Kill the Justice League.” Texting the number will send an automatic prompt from “Amanda Waller” asking if fans have an ARGUS clearance. There will be a link attachment to join a community group. After you sign up, there will be another text confirming the entry but “Amanda Waller” doesn’t promise to keep in touch. After all she is not a babysitter.

“I know it’s you, Harley. I’ve given you the weapons, resources, and full sign-off to execute Justice League and you’re here spending my time on prank calls? Stop screwing around and aiming.” Take it down. Now!”

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League Described as a “genre-bending” action-adventure shooter game created by Rocksteady Studios. Rocksteady was the studio behind Dear Batman: Arkham game, so expectations have been set very high as to what could come out of this game.

The game will be an open-world game consisting of 4 characters in a team consisting of a player and 3 others, either through online multiplayer or promoted by AI for solo play. The game will be overthrown by some form of corruption in the metropolis that has let loose hordes of monsters on the city. Playable characters include Harley Quinn, Captain Boomerang, Deadshot, and King Shark. As of now, there is no further information about what happened to the Justice League which calls for this drastic action for Amanda Waller and ARGUS to form this team.

The DC Fandome starts October 16th at 1PM EST and should include a new gameplay trailer and more details on how the game looks and plays out. There will be more revelations from DC like a new preview of Gotham Knights, and trailers for DC movies and TV shows in the works.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League Set for release in 2022 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X.
