Various updates include Bitmoji TV and opportunity for users play like their bitmoji in third party games. The new TikTok feature is also similar to Meta avatars, which became the answer to Bitmojis. Meta recently brought their avatars on instagram and rolled out updated avatars to Facebook and Messenger. Now the company also allows users to bring same avatar on all Meta platforms, including VR.

While avatars are not entirely new, the addition to TikTok will give users a new way to create content within the app. Besides being a new way to express yourself, the avatar feature can also be useful for people who don’t want to show their face in videos and prefer to remain anonymous.
