No, Taylor Swift This had to be accomplished with a victory lap on Saturday Night Live, which very few performers have done, taking a full ten minutes to sing every last verse of the above All Too Well on the show.

It was a wonderful thing. You can see below.

Swift took a full ten minutes to sing along to the short film she made for the new version of All Too Well, which — to be clear — isn’t normal in the world of TV, where attention spans are short.

Swift also did a great job in what was probably one of the best SNL sketches of the season so far.

I don’t really know how to explain it, but it features Pete Davidson as an unreliable bully, subtly taking it out from the other cast members. It’s great. Swift finally slams it all home.

Colin Jost put it quite nicely in the Weekend Update section of the show: “I think the lesson we learned this week is this: Never break up with Swift or she’ll be on national television for 10 minutes with you. Will sing about. At least return the dupatta.”

Yes! Return the big balloon scarf…
