On a special episode of The TechCrunch podcast this week, I’m joined by Apple’s senior director of platform product marketing Kurt Knight, who takes us through some of the big updates that Apple announced at its WWDC conference on Monday. Kurt specifically talks to us about the big new changes to Apple’s Continuity feature set that enhance the capabilities of his devices – and in particular the new FaceTime and Camera Continuity transfer (which lets you use your iPhone as a webcam for your Mac).
We also connect with TC crypto maestro Lucas Matney, who explains why a new lawsuit against a high-profile former blockchain startup executive has made headlines in the decentralized industry this week. He also again cannot help me understand what is going on there.
As always, we also have a summary of the top stories on the site for the past week. The TechCrunch podcast is published weekly on Saturdays and you can subscribe, rate and review at Apple Podcasts as well as Spotify.
Articles from the issue:
- Apple Continuity Camera lets you use your iPhone as a webcam
- Lucas and Anita Ramaswami heard about the arrest “all over the crypto world”
